I was accused of breaking and entering a warehouse and of burglary. Police arrived at my home a few days later and told me of the situation and that a particular person had accused me of the crime.after I answered about an hour of questions, etc. I was told it was a mistake by the accuser whom the police called while they were here to clear up some of the questions of the theft. I would like to file a defamation lawsuit, mainly for principal. This person knew damn well I did not break in and steal anything. I have a home, property, etc. and own a business. I would'nt risk that for some cabbage bags! Do I have a case?
